On May 12, G&P Law signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Indian company Venturecode Consultants (Opc) Private Limited, represented by its founder Ajay Bhandari. The agreement was signed by Georgi Georgiev and Dimitar Petrov, Partners at G&P Law, and lays the foundation for a new stage of cooperation between the two firms.
The partnership is part of the broader India–EU Gateway initiative – a business development platform aimed at facilitating cross-border collaboration, trade, and legal services between companies from India and the European Union. The platform was launched by Venturecode Consultants in partnership with Great Ideas Bulgaria Ltd.
The initial connection between the teams was established during the Balkan E-commerce Summit in Sofia in April 2025. The follow-up meetings focused on exploring opportunities for cooperation in the field of legal services, particularly in supporting Indian companies operating in Bulgaria and Bulgarian businesses with interests in India.
“There is growing interest in building practical business links between India and countries in Southeast Europe. Legal services are an essential part of that process, and I believe this partnership will help address some of the needs on both sides,” said Ajay Bhandari during his visit to Sofia.
With experience in law, business development, and international trade, Mr. Bhandari brings insight into working with both Indian and European clients, especially in sectors such as technology, e-commerce, and international sourcing.

As part of the cooperation, G&P Law and Venturecode Consultants will focus on legal advisory, compliance, dispute resolution, and strategic support for companies involved in trade and investment between India and Europe.
