Who are the people on the G&P Law team? What does their work consist of and what inspires them? What do they enjoy doing in their free time? We share their stories in a series of interviews for the #G&PLawTeam column. The third person we introduce is Kristiana Tincheva, Senior Associate, part of the company since 2019. She specializes in property law, energy law, as well as administrative law, and administrative procedure.

When and how did you know that this would be your profession?
– I knew when I experienced the satisfaction of applying specialized knowledge to meet the real needs of individuals, businesses, and even society at large. 🙂
What disappoints you and what fascinates you compared to your initial ideas?
– I am fascinated by the ability to influence many aspects of society and to promote stability and justice. My frustration comes from the lack of competence in areas where it is most needed.

– In 10 years, I believe our work will be even more integrated with technology and innovation. The legal profession will likely rely heavily on the digitization and automation of various processes, requiring greater specialization and flexibility from lawyers.
What do you like to do when you’re not at work?
– In my free time, I like to disconnect from the fast pace of everyday life, spend time in nature, and be with my loved ones. This gives me a sense of balance and peace.
