Who are the people behind G&P Law? What does their work involve, and what inspires them? What do they enjoy doing in their free time? The next person we’d like to introduce is one of the most important members of our team – a young woman without whom the work of the legal team wouldn’t run so smoothly. Meet the charming Radina Petrova, who is the Office Manager at G&P Law. Radina has been part of the team since the fall of 2023 and has already learned more about law than some students. Learn more about her, her role, her inspiration, and which song she can’t stop listening to.
– What is your role at the company?
I’m the Office Manager at the firm. I make sure everything runs smoothly and deadlines are met so the team can stay focused on legal work.
– What inspires you most in your job?
I’m inspired by the fact that I’m a support pillar for the team – I organize processes so the lawyers can focus on the important legal matters, and clients receive professional service.
– What drew you to G&P Law and what keeps you here?
I was drawn by the desire to be part of something meaningful, and that’s exactly what keeps me here – I feel like I matter. I support a team of smart and dedicated people and I can see real results from my work.
– What are the three things you like most about your job?
I enjoy the dynamic environment, the responsibility, and the chance to be at the heart of it all.
– How would you explain your job to your daughter?
An office manager is like the “boss” of the office (she says with a smile) – not because she tells everyone what to do, but because she helps everyone do their job well. She knows who’s doing what, when meetings are happening, where the important documents are, and makes sure everything is organized and on time. If something goes wrong – she’s the one who knows how to fix it.
– What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
In my free time, I love walking in nature and cycling – it recharges me and helps me relax.
