Lawyer Nenkova has been part of the Georgiev and Petrov Law Firm team since the end of 2020. She actively deals with commercial law, cases related to compensation under the Insurance Code, and the protection of passengers’ rights in the event of a denied or canceled flight in accordance with Regulation No. 261 of 2004 of the European Parliament. Since 2023, she has specialized in the field of intellectual property, focusing on trademark protection proceedings at both the national and European levels. Guided by the idea of justice as a fundamental value in law, she always works with particular attention to the details of each case and client.
